Delivery & Shipping
Leilù Créations' pieces are hand made to order. This means that the model you order is made shortly after the order has been placed, before being sent to you. This may take up to 2 days. Once sent, please consider any additional shipping times in the below table.
Once handcrafted and ready, we package and dispatch your order with the next courier collection. An email will be sent to you notifying you of the shipment, along with a tracking number.
When placing your order; please ensure that you provide the correct shipping information. We cannot be held accountable for incorrect deliveries resulting from input errors. If you had made a mistake on an already placed order, please contact us immediately.
For any urgent orders, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to prioritise your order, so you can receive it in time. We do our best to satisfy all such requests. However, we cannot guarantee that your order to be fast-tracked.
CANCELLATIONS
For all order cancellations please email us within 24 hours of your order. After this time frame we cannot accept any cancellations due to your order already being created and dispatched within this time frame.

Australian Post - Express International :

The above delivery times are taken from Australia Post. Business days are Monday-Friday. Public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not included in shipping days. Please note shipping times are estimates, based on standard delivery times between major metropolitan areas of major cities. Leilù Créations is not responsible for any delays.
Australia Post is a trusted service and, as such, Leilù Créations will not refund or replace lost orders that have been scanned as delivered. Leilú Créations is not responsible for any additional custom duties and taxes which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery.
